Corporate Compliance
Elizabeth Richardson Center has a Corporate Compliance plan and designated Compliance Officer in order to ensure adherence to any government, OMIG, state, licensure, and additional service requirements. As an employee of Elizabeth Richardson Center we all have responsibility for adhering to company policies. Any suspected violations of policies such as waste, fraud, abuse or suspected violations of laws and regulations must be reported.
ERC Board of Directors, leaders, staff, contractors or agents, must follow the False Claim Act and the Whistleblower Policy. An integral part of ERC’s Corporate Compliance Program is a non-retaliatory system that employees, contractors, or agents can use to report suspected waste, fraud, abuse and other questionable activities and practices.

Note: Reporting to the Compliance Officer does not supersede any requirements you hold as a Mandated Reporter in the state of Arkansas.
