Medical Coverage
ERC provides two choices of medical coverage, both of which are considered “grandfathered” plans according to the Affordable Care Act:

Base Plan
$5000 deductible
ERC pays 99% of employee-only premium

PPO Plan
$1150 deductible
Wellness Benefit
$35 for visits to primary care physician
Pharmacy Card
ERC pays 75% of employee-only premium

Dental Coverage - ERC pays 50% of employee-only premium

Vision Coverage - ERC pays 50% of employee-only premium

Retirement Plan - 403(b)
ERC will match dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of salary for employee contributions to the plan.  The plan is cliff-vesting, which means that the ERC contributions are 0% vested with the employee until three years of employment have been completed, at which time they are 100% vested with the employee.

For all positions with the Elizabeth Richardson Center, you must have a valid driver’s license or photo ID. Extensive background checks and drug testing will be performed. For all driving positions, you must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and a good motor vehicle record. Additionally, for all Waiver and Employment Specialist/Job Coach positions, personal vehicle insurance coverage is required. You must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more for positions working directly with adult clients
