Life Skills Direct Support Professional
To teach daily living skills and light assembly work to adults with developmental disabilities.
On an as needed basis.
$11.00/hour.
Occupational Therapist
To provide Occupational Therapies to children with developmental disabilities.
Flexible Schedule.
Billable hour or indpendent contract rates.
Personal Care Professional
To provide basic personal care services for adults with developmental disabilities. High school diploma preferred. CNA, PCP or HCC certification required. Current driver's license and good driving record is required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more. Must apply in person for this position.

$9.00 - $10.50/hour depending on experience, plus benefits
Waiver Direct Care Support
Provides services for all adult programs which includes providing assistance in life skills training, companionship, teaching light assembly work, transporting clients and job coaching. High school diploma or GED with one year of relevant working experience required. Must be 21 years of age and able to provide personal vehicle insurance with liability coverage limits of 50/100/100. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more. Must apply in person for this position.
On an as-needed basis. Shifts vary depending on program. Weekdays, nights, overnights and weekends. $11.00 per hour for general. $8.00 per hour to $139.40 depending on client.
Certified Nursing Asst. or Direct Support Professional
Provides basic CNA services and ensures Active Treatment for consumers residing in the ICF Homes by providing formal and informal training opportunities based on the Individual Program Plan (IPP). High School diploma is preferred. Must have current CNA certification or one year continued experience in related field. Must have current driver's license and good driving record. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more. Must apply in person for this position.
Evening 2:15 pm - 12:15 am or overnight 12:15 am - 8:15 am and on as-needed basis. $9.00 - $10.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits. $.25 overnight shift differential. PRN $11.00 base only.
LPN - Children's Services
To provide basic nursing duties for children from six weeks to five years of age in our Child Development Centers.
PRN on an as-needed basis. $17.50 per hour, plus experience.
