For all positions with the Elizabeth Richardson Center, you must have a valid driver’s license or photo ID. Extensive background checks and drug testing will be performed. For all driving positions, you must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and a clear motor vehicle record. Additionally, for all Waiver positions, personal vehicle insurance coverage with limits of 50/100/50 liability is required. You must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more for positions working directly with adult clients. EOE
This position provides interpreter services between English and Marshallese speakers and attends family conferences as required. Must have access to an operational phone. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Position works on as-needed basis
$8.25 per hour
Help adults with disabilities live fun and meaningful lives by providing direct support in a group home setting. High school diploma or GED and experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.
Full-time afternoon and overnight shifts available

Make a difference in the future of a child with special needs. Our teachers work with children ages six weeks to five years who have been diagnosed with developmental disabilities or delays. Duties include evaluation, developing IPP/IFSPs and classroom supervision using the Arkansas Supervising Teacher Model. Arkansas teaching license required, with P-4 special education certification preferred. We currently have openings in both our Fayetteville and Siloam Springs Child Development Centers.
Monday through Friday (229 days per year)
$34,470-$37,916 depending on experience
Change the life of a child by providing speech therapy to children ages six weeks to five years who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability. Provide comprehensive and specialized evaluations as well as written reports. Must be licensed in the state of Arkansas with a current ASHA. Computer skills are required.
Part-time flexible hours available. This position will provide services at both the Springdale and Farmington Child Development Centers.
The Service Coordinator is a lifeline for families as they navigate care for their child with special needs. This position assists families with funding, medical, therapies and equipment needs by serving as a liaison between the families, medical providers, service providers, and state agencies. High school diploma and ability to obtain DDS Case Manager Certification within six months of employment required, bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years working with individuals with disabilities plus two years case management experience is required.
Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
$12.00-$13.20 depending on experience.
