Responsible for the direct supervision of ICF, C.N.A.s, and Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff. Oversees the complete implementation of individual program plans. Assists with interviewing, hiring and training staff. HS education required. Bachelor's degree preferred. One to two years in a related field. Supervisory experience preferred. Computer skills required.
Monday-Thursday 1:00pm- 9:00pm
Saturday 8:00am- 4:00pm
$12.56 no degree
$14.42 with degree
To provide direct care and ensure active treatment for consumers residing in the ICF/DD Program by providing formal and informal training opportunities based on the Individual Program Plan (IPP). High School diploma and experiences working with adults with disabilities is preferred. Must be 21 years of age in order to qualify for ERC's vehicle insurance. Must have current driver's license and good driving record. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more. Basic computer skills required. Full benefit package.
Afternoon and overnight
$8.75-$10.00 depending on experience plus benefits.
$11.00 PRN (on as needed basis)
To provide speech therapy to children aged birth to 5 yrs. Provide comprehensive and specialized evaluations as well as written reports. Licensed in the State of Arkansas, with a current ASHA. Computer skills is required.

To teach light assembly work and daily living skills to adults with developmental disabilities. High school diploma preferred but not required. Transport clients as a backup route driver. On the job training. Applicant must be 21 years or older to qualify for center's vehicle insurance and be able to lift 50 lbs. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Computer skills required.
$8.75-$9.60 depending on experience
PRN(as needed basis)
$10.00 per hour
